TERMS OF USE as of May 30, 2010.


By using/purchasing commercial products from Kreations by Sparky you are agreeing to the following terms.  Please be sure and read them fully.  Should you have any questions or would like additional information regarding these terms you can email me at kreationsbysparky-digitalscrapbooking@yahoo.com and in the subject line please put "CU TOU" Thank you for downloading/purchasing graphics by Kreations by Sparky.

COMMERCIAL TERMS OF USE:

These terms allow the creation of other products using my graphics for digital scrapbooking under the following terms:

YOU MAY:

- use my graphics to create other items. 
- use these graphics in your kits
- use no more than 25% of my graphics in one kit
- ONLY sell them as Personal Use

You MAY NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES use my graphics to:

- claim these graphics as your own
- make element packs to re-sell
- gray scale my graphics to re-sell
- colorize my graphics to re-sell
- Alter these graphics and claim them as  your own
- make any of my graphics into fileters, tubes, templates or brushes for use with any current or future software plugins for free or resale.
- offer these graphics on any blog, website, group forums, and news groups
- include my graphics in any graphic collection on the internet or otherwise
- mass produce these graphics and sell them on the internet.  (over 50 is mass produce)
- use my graphics to create or design websites, blog headers, etc. without my written permission.
- sell these graphics as CU products.
- give away or otherwise make available to any party, this product in whole or in part
- be added to any other CD collection or download.
- be given away free or added to any share files
- be resold
- for any harmful, pornographic or racial material or material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person.

CREDITING THE DESIGNER:

Pleae be sure and credit KREATIONS BY SPARKY, and state the graphic name and kit name.  A link to website would be appreciate but not demanded.  If you would like to link back to my site please use the following address:
